Services

We provide AI workflow consulting, automation development, and educational services. All engagements are governed by a written statement of work agreed upon before any work begins.

Fixed-Scope Projects

Project pricing is fixed to the defined scope of work. Any changes to scope will be agreed upon in writing before additional work proceeds.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom code, configurations, and documentation created specifically for your engagement are owned by you. We retain the right to reuse general methodologies and non-client-specific tools and frameworks.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement giving rise to any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction agreed upon in the applicable statement of work.
